A gentleman with dementia is looking for support with his personal care, medication, shopping and domestic care.

You will be joining an existing team of 3 PAs who all describe him as a lovely gentleman with a great sense of humour and he is grateful for the help he gets. He learnt Norwegian and enjoys holidays in Norway.

The role will include:

• One hour morning and one hour evening 
• 3.5 hours domestic care & 1.5 hours shopping per week  
• plus additional hours per month for shopping, medication ordering and collection and supporting at medical appointments

It is very much a team effort with the PAs working together to cover his care needs.

Experience in care work would be preferable.
