Ability Shetland are looking for Support Workers with availability to provide person centered support to adults and/or children to access sport and physical activities.

Some individuals may require support with personal care, emotional support to access activities and social interaction. All information on the individual's needs would be passed on before committing to the package, and shadow shifts offered where necessary. 

Hours available will vary based on the individual. 

Skills required:

• An interest and enthusiasm in sport and physical activity.
• Experience, or a willingness to gain experience supporting individuals with varying levels of need.
