Personal Assistant for 5-Year-Old Child (Scalloway/Lerwick)

We are seeking a fun personal assistant to support a 5-year-old child in the Scalloway/Lerwick area. 

The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys fun activities, such as swimming, soft play, and visiting playparks, while providing social interaction and community engagement for the child.

Hours - 2 hours per week

Preferred times: Saturday mornings (11 am-1 pm) or Friday afternoon (3-5 pm) Other times through the week may be considered based on availability.

Responsibilities:

Support the child during various activities such as swimming, soft play, and visits to playparks.

Encourage social interaction with peers and community involvement.

Ensure the child's safety, well-being, and enjoyment during all activities.

Engage with the child in a fun, patient, and positive manner.

Experience working with children, particularly those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), is preferred.
