Help needed urgently for an elderly lady 92, who lives in Lerwick with Parkinson’s and wishes to stay at home. 

We need regular people and others ready to help out with holiday cover and absences. 

We have 4 shifts a day and urgently need regular help with several shifts, preferably from someone with experience of working with elderly care and Parkinson's. 

The shifts are scheduled to cover fixed medication times - 09:30-12:30 14:00-17:00 20:00-21:30 and 23:00-08:00

She will require support with personal care, food preparation, and taking medication. 

Medication needs to be given on time so good timekeeping is essential.

The lady is clear headed and very interested in people. 

Skills with frail elderly people with Parkinson’s or those with experience in supporting special needs young people would be helpful.
