From 1st April 2025 it is a legal requirement for all Personal Assistants (PAs) to be a member of the PVG (Protecting Vulnerable Groups) Scheme.

WORKING AS A PERSONAL ASSISTANT WITHOUT A PVG MEMBERSHIP IS AGAINST THE LAW.
