Has a great sense of humour, very passionate about the things he loves - cars, boats and his life at sea prior to his accident. He’s very relaxed and easy going.

Has full capacity and is able to make his own choices and decisions. Requires 24 hour care and all aspects of care needs to be met. Work load is light, busiest time is in the morning. Shifts are as follows:

• 8am-2pm 
• 2pm-8pm
• 8pm-8am

Second person hours 09.30-12.30

Hours can be relatively flexible and there may be scope on getting fixed hours each week - this is to be discussed.

Duties include:

• Personal care
• catheter care
• medication
• moving and handling
• support with eating and drinking
• possible social activities
