Shared Lives Shetland  

Shared Lives Shetland is a new small scale highly personalised support for Adults (18+).

People have consistently told us they want to have people in their lives they know, trust and enjoy being with. 

We are now looking for the right people to join us.

People  who can provide personalised and home based support across Shetland .  Kindness, understanding and shared intrests are the qualities we are seeking. This is a one to one & a matched arrangement.

If you love helping someone to flourish and understand the importance of  building  relationships and supporting an individual to grow with safe and kind support , then perhaps this is your opportunity to make that difference.  

Using your home, your interests and your own connections to see the power of ordinary days.You will welcome the individual to come into your home and from there access different activities both within the house and across the local community. 

This is a fee based,  self-employed opportunity with robust application process and careful matching of individuals for a lasting arrangement.
