Ability Shetland are looking for a caring, reliable self-employed support worker to help an individual enjoy weekly swimming sessions at Clickimin pool. 

This role involves being an extra pair of hands in the water, ensuring the participant can fully relax, feel safe, and get the most out of their time in the pool.

HOURS REQUIRED -1.5 hrs on Fridays – 10.45am – 12.15pm.

RESPONSIBILITES – 

**Provide direct support to the participant in the water, helping them stay comfortable and safe so they can enjoy their ‘happy place.’

**Safely assisting with transferring in and out of the pool using a hoist and sling, following correct manual handling techniques.
