We are looking for a caring and reliable Personal Assistant (PA) to support a 14 year boy with ASD and ADHD.

About the Role

You will be supporting an energetic, intelligent, and humorous young boy who enjoys sports and being out and about.  He can sometimes find social interactions and understanding others challenging. Your role will focus on helping him build confidence, develop social skills, and enjoy activities in a supportive environment.

Hours

• 4 hours per week

• Typically 2 hours on Monday and Thursday evenings during school term time

• Additional flexibility and hours may be available during school holidays

Duties May Include

• Supporting participation in social and recreational activities

• Encouraging positive social interaction and communication

• Accompanying him on outings and activities

• Patient, understanding, and approachable

• Reliable and consistent

• Enjoys working with young people and supporting their development

• No specific qualifications required, but a positive attitude and willingness to engage are essential
